Install it in three steps
The words on your phone may differ a little by brand and Android version.
Download the file
On the phone, tap Download for Android. If the browser asks whether to keep the file, choose to download it anyway.
The file is called mezgeb.apk and goes to your Downloads folder.
Allow this install
Open the file. The first time, Android asks to allow installs from your browser or file manager: tap Settings, turn on “Allow from this source”, then go back.
This allows installs from that one app only. You can turn it off again once Mezgeb is installed.
Install and sign in
Tap Install, open Mezgeb, and sign in with your phone number and password.
New staff sign in with the temporary password they were given, then choose their own.
Updating and troubleshooting
- Updating to a new version
- Download the new APK from this page and install it over the app you have. Don’t uninstall first: sales made offline that haven’t uploaded yet are stored on the phone.
- “App not installed”
- Check that the phone has free storage, then download the file again and retry.
- Checking the file
- If you want to be sure the file is complete and unchanged, compare its SHA-256 with the one above.
- iPhone
- Mezgeb isn’t available for iPhone yet.
